Today I am sharing with you my super easy mushrooms gnocchi recipe that I make with Porcini mushrooms sage and burnt butter. It’s super quick and easy to cook. If you have gnocchi around, fixing this up will take just 10 minutes. Mushrooms with gnocchi is a great combination that is not to be missed and the burnt butter just adds that extra rich flavour to it.

Ingredients you need for Porcini mushrooms Gnocchi
100 gm butter
10 gm Sage finely chopped
30 gm dried porcini mushrooms
4 servings gnocchi
Step 1: Start by soaking the porcini mushrooms in boiling water for 5 – 10 minutes. Do not let it overcook.
Step 2: Now, finely chop the sage and melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the sage and porcini mushrooms to the pan.
Step 3: Toss the gnocchi in the mixture for few minutes and add a handful of parmesan cheese right before serving.
