This mushrooms gnocchi recipe is my absolute favorite. If you haven’t read my post on how to make homemade gnocchi, you can check it out here. Today I am sharing with you my super easy mushrooms gnocchi recipe that I make with Porcini mushrooms sage and burnt butter. It’s super quick and easy to cook. If you have gnocchi around, fixing this up will take just 10 minutes. Mushrooms with gnocchi is a great combination that is not to be missed and the burnt butter just adds that extra rich flavour to it.

You can make it with just 3 additional ingredients and in 3 simple steps! No deliciousness compromised.

If you haven’t tried it yet, trust me you are missing on something great.

So let’s begin, and make some tasty gnocchi with porcini mushrooms sage and burnt butter. You will need gnocchi, and just 3 additional ingredients as follows:

Ingredients you need for Porcini mushrooms Gnocchi

100 gm butter 

10 gm Sage finely chopped 

30 gm dried porcini mushrooms

4 servings gnocchi

Gnocchi with porcini mushrooms with burnt butter and sage. ;

Instructions

Step 1: Start by soaking the porcini mushrooms in boiling water for 5 – 10 minutes. Do not let it overcook.

Step 2: Now, finely chop the sage and melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the sage and porcini mushrooms to the pan.

Step 3: Toss the gnocchi in the mixture for few minutes and add a handful of parmesan cheese right before serving.

My favorite super easy gnocchi with Porcini Mushrooms sage and burnt butter.Just 3 additional ingredients and 3 simple steps

  • 100 gm butter
  • 10 gm Sage finely chopped
  • 30 gm dried porcini mushrooms
  • 4 serves gnocchi
Directions
  • Step 1 Soak the porcini mushrooms in some boiling water for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • Step 2 Finely chop the sage, melt the butter in a frying pan and add the sage and porcini mushrooms.
  • Step 3 Toss the gnocchi in the mixture, mix well, and add a handful of parmesan cheese just before serving.
