On a hot BBQ plate or Fry Pan, cook the rump steak, keep on turning it every 20 seconds so the meat cooks evenly. After about 5 / 6 minutes take off and let rest on board for 5 – 10 minutes.

After 5 – 10 minutes, take meat off the board and put onto a plate. Cut the Baguette in the middle sideways, open up and soak in all the juices of the meat. Then bake in the oven for 5 minutes until brown or put on the BBQ.

On the baguette, spread evenly the Horseradish Cream or Dijon Mustard.  Cut the rump into small bit size strips. Gather the Toasted Baguette and lay the meat on first.

Followed by the Roasted Red Pepper, Rocket and Parsley Mixture on top. Then close together. Cut the Baguette in half and enjoy. The beef steak sandwich always goes well with some homemade Chips.
